In order to enroll in group therapy participants must have had an initial assessment to assess where you are currently and to establish your goals for treatment. 


DBT Skills Group (Adults)

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)
Struggling to regulate your emotions and maintain healthy relationships with yourself and those around you? This DBT skills group will guide you with developing the needed tools to address these issues with skills that can be effective and create new habits and way of thinking. Group is 24 weeks.

#Gear Up 4 Recovery (21+)
Group based treatment with focus on recovery, building relapse prevention skills, increasing awareness and processing barriers while strengthening internal and external supports. This group will also explore addictive thinking and behaviors and how mental health impacts outcome of recovery. In addition to 4 hours of group participants are also strongly encouraged to have 1 hour of individual therapy a weekly to maximize potential for success. 
Urine drug screening offered to support recovery, transparency and accountability. Group is 24 weeks.

Pathways 
A 6hr class focusing on developing awareness and educating about the potential risk of addiction. Geared to support prevention and a reconsideration of patterns and behaviors that may indicate having a substance abuse issue. Certificate of completion can be utilized for meeting requirements of court and probation.
This is a self pay program and not billed to insurance. Cost: $85

Mirror Mirror
 This is a 90 minute group that focuses on improving self-esteem and self-confidence. This group aims to explore the thinking and underlying issues that continue negative thinking about self and being unable to see your value and positive attributes. Some of the therapeutic tools used will be focused on a strength based approach that includes, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy and others. This group is offered in 2 twelve week parts. The first 12 weeks will focus on psycho-education, discussion and teaching tools and encourage action. The second 12 weeks will focus on getting more support while implementing, with heavy focus on implementing in order to make positive changes.
