Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program- SAIOP (21+)
Group based treatment with focus on recovery, building relapse prevention plan, increasing awareness and processing barriers while strengthening internal and external supports.
Substance Abuse: The Early Recovery 21+
Focus on those battling addiction in the early stages of recovery. This group offers psycho-education, skill building, and exploration of triggers and other factors that contribute to addictive thinking and behavior. Open discussion, processing and other sources used to support working through the early stages. Therapeutic techniques used include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and strength based empowerment.
Substance Abuse: The Maintenance Stage 21+
Those who have are in recovery but needing support to maintain sobriety. In this group setting Clients process stressors and reinforce positive tools and techniques for managing life on its terms.
ACT Now! (18+)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is concerned with identifying thoughts, feelings and urges that prevent us from living well and being engaged in life. It aims to change our view of and relationship to those experiences, rather than trying to change the experiences themselves. The goal is to accept what is out of your personal control, and to commit to action that improves your life in meaningful ways!
GR2 (Growth, Relief, Recovery) (18+)
This group is focused on healing through peer interaction, psycho-education, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with a focus to support growth, relief and recovery of mental health.
Black Girl Power(BGP) 21+
A group focused around the hurdles and tenacity of Black women. Therapeutic focus uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Strength-based empowerment to reframe thinking that is not conducive to maintaining mental health and healthy relationships and promotes self-care.
DBT Skills Group
Struggling to regulate your emotions and maintain healthy relationships with yourself and those around you? This DBT skills group will guide you with developing the needed tools to address these issues with skills that can be effective and create new habits and way of thinking.
