Outpatient Therapy

Individual Therapy
​Meet with a Therapist one to one and in partnership develop goals that will address your current needs and concerns. Gain insight, increased coping and a plan to further address identified issues.

DBT Group Therapy  (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)

Struggling to regulate your emotions and maintain healthy relationships with yourself ad those around you? This DBT skills group will guide you with developing the needed tools to address these issues with skills that can be effective and create new habits and ay of thinking. Group is 24 weeks. The adult group starts at age 18+ (Monday or Wednesday) and teen DBT group is from ages 14-17 (Wednesday).

Medication Management

Partner with one of our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to determine if medication would be an appropriate plan of action for you. In your session providers partner with you to determine your treatment plan and offer education and support. Our providers work in partnership to assist you in alleviating your symptoms using best practices. Providers strive to be responsive to your needs and address any concerns. 

Licensure Supervision

Licensed eligible persons approved by their licensing board (LCSW/CSAC) are provided clinical supervision towards their hours and guided with developing there clinical style and work with clients. Individual and group supervision offered.

Substance Abuse Services

 Substance  Abuse Assessments
Substance abuse assessments geared to help with identifying the issues and getting on the road to recovery. Follow up with outpatient individual or group therapy as needed to confront issues and regain a healthier lifestyle. VASAP approved/ASAM Certified. ​

#GearUp4Recovery- Group Therapy
Two hour groups twice a week focused on recovery from alcohol and drug use.  The use of motivational interviewing, strength based empowerment, psycho-education, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relapse planning/prevention and Seeking safety are a few tools and techniques used that participants will be exposed to during treatment. Participants will also have ongoing support from the clinical team. Suggested to also have at least 1-2 one to one sessions in addition to group.  
Pathways- Substance Abuse Education 
Group focused on creating awareness and insight into alcohol and substance abuse and its impacts on individuals and examining factors such as environment, family and biological exposures. Stages of change and values are also explored in this course. Earn your certificate today. Course provided by licensed providers and can be used towards meeting legal obligations in the courts. 
Immigration Services
Psychological evaluations for those applying for ASYLUM, HARDSHIP, U VISAS AND VAWA. These appointments may also be known as mental health evaluations for immigration proceedings. We provide these assessments virtually and in two 90 min appointments. Payment plans also offered to increase affordability. 

Consultation/Training

Clinical Consultation on programmatic issues and start ups for SAIOP, MHSS, IIH, and Outpatient Treatment. In addition to, providing supervision to staff providing services in these programs.  Providers are also offered training opportunities related to professional development and areas of providing behavioral health care to clients.
